1. What kind of store is Pepper Pets n More USA?

Pepper Pets n More USA is a small online store focused on products for indoor cats. We curate cozy beds and caves, space‑saving cat trees and towers, litter box furniture and smart toys that work well in apartments and small homes. We don’t try to carry everything; we choose items that make indoor life better for cats and their people.

 

2. Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?

We work with trusted warehouse partners in the USA, Europe and Asia. Depending on the product and stock, your order may ship from a US or overseas warehouse. Typical delivery times to the US are 8–18 business days for smaller items (toys, grooming, some beds) and 10–25 business days for larger items (cat trees, rattan enclosures, self‑cleaning litter box, exercise wheel). 3. Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on orders over $300 USD within the United States. For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address.

We’re a small indoor‑cat store and we work with multiple warehouse partners, so shipping costs can vary by item size and destination. You’ll always see the final shipping cost before you complete payment.

 

4. Can I return an item if my cat doesn’t like it?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most products that are in original or gently used condition. Some items like opened food, treats or heavily soiled products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. 5. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In many cases we can offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation. Do not throw away the item or packaging until we’ve replied.

 

6. Why are shipping times longer than Amazon or Chewy?

We curate specific indoor cat products and work with overseas manufacturing partners as well as US warehouses. That lets us offer unique pieces like rattan litter box enclosures, specific cat trees and smart toys at fair prices. 7. Are your products safe for cats?

We select products that are widely used by cat owners and have good supplier ratings. That said, always supervise your cat when introducing a new toy or product, especially if they are strong chewers or adventurous climbers.
